What is the Beauty Circle app?
Beauty Circle is the free patient app of the Zovi platform. Patients of participating aesthetic clinics and medspas in Germany, Austria and Switzerland use it to collect loyalty points, redeem rewards, manage memberships, book appointments and pay in instalments where offered.
Does Beauty Circle cost anything?
No. Downloading and using the app is free for patients. There is no subscription fee for the app itself. You only pay for the treatments you book with your clinic. Optional memberships are offered by your clinic and billed separately.
Can I use Beauty Circle without a clinic?
No. Beauty Circle works together with participating clinics. You need an invite code or QR code from your clinic to connect. Without a connected clinic there are no treatments, prices or rewards to display.
Which countries is Beauty Circle available in?
Beauty Circle is built for the DACH region and is currently used by clinics in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The app is available in German and English.
How do I earn points and rewards?
You earn points automatically when you pay for a treatment through the app. How many points a treatment earns, and which rewards exist, is defined by your clinic. Once your balance reaches a reward threshold, the reward unlocks in the app and can be redeemed on your next visit.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Beauty Circle is GDPR compliant. All patient data is stored on servers in Germany and does not leave the European Union. Data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3. Your clinic is the data controller, Zovi acts as the data processor.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time directly in the app under Profile, or by contacting your clinic. Deletion is carried out in line with GDPR.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, if your clinic has enabled Klarna. You can then split a treatment into four interest-free instalments. Your clinic receives the full amount immediately and Klarna handles the instalment plan.

Beauty Circle is built by Zovi, a platform for aesthetic clinics and medspas in the DACH region. It is operated by Bespoke IT Consultants GmbH, based in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Do you run a clinic?
Beauty Circle is part of the Zovi platform. Clinics get their own dashboard for loyalty, memberships, offers and revenue analytics, optionally with an app fully branded to their own name.
