Zovi · Official Statement

Düsseldorf, June 2026

Zovi, the AI-powered white-label app platform for aesthetic clinics in the DACH region, announces the closing of a Pre-Seed financing round of €1.2 million.

The round is led by Salford Ventures GmbH from Düsseldorf as lead investor, contributing €750,000. Closing is planned for June 2026. The round is currently in its final phase.

Fresh capital will primarily flow into three areas: expanding AI infrastructure, developing the proprietary patient data engine, and the targeted transition from the SMB segment (one to two locations) into the enterprise market with clinic groups of five or more locations.

"We have proven that our AI model becomes smarter with every transaction. After A/B tests with single and dual-location clinics, we now have sufficient purchase-intent data and treatment patterns to target the enterprise market significantly more efficiently than any existing solution."

Zovi Founding Team

The Strategic Timing

Over the past months, Zovi has systematically run A/B tests with clinics of varying sizes. The result: the platform accumulates structured purchase-intent signals such as booking behaviour, treatment preferences, price sensitivity, and churn patterns. This depth of data far exceeds what standard CRM systems deliver, making the transition to the enterprise market strategically compelling at precisely the right moment.

The Path to Enterprise Expansion

During the seed phase, Zovi demonstrated that clinics with one to two locations achieve measurable revenue increases within three weeks. Enterprise customers with five to thirty locations benefit disproportionately: the AI detects cross-location patterns, coordinates capacity, and automatically reallocates marketing budgets to high-revenue locations and treatments. This competitive advantage cannot be replicated manually.

AI as the Core Asset

Unlike competitors that market AI as an add-on, the Zovi model is fundamentally data-centric. Every patient interaction, booking, app usage, push campaign response rate, and Klarna usage, feeds back into a proprietary model that calculates purchase probabilities, optimal communication timing, and treatment recommendations. As the data set grows, this advantage becomes more defensible and harder to replicate.
